10 quotes for healing for women 30+

By Sarah Cannata

Now that we’ve hit February, your New Year resolutions may be a thing of the past. I’ve been there. You start off being all motivated at the thought of a blank page. You were likely on holiday, or life was less stressful than usual. And then reality hits, and you’re back to your routines.

There are several reasons I am not a fan of resolutions, including:

  • People often don’t aspire to achieve anything trackable
  • The goals are typically outside of our control
  • Change requires effort, and aiming to make massive changes sets us up for failure

I could go on, but I won’t. If your New Year resolutions are a distant memory, don’t feel like a failure. Know that you need better systems to achieve whatever is on your list. Most importantly, know that you have everything you need inside you to hit your goals as we move through 2025. I hope these 10 quotes challenge you to show yourself compassion and help you see what a warrior you are regardless of whatever you are healing from.
