A soulful journey: exploring every podcast episode of Storytelling for the Soul as of mid-February 2025

By Sarah Cannata

I launched my podcast, Storytelling for the Soul with Sarah Cannata, in July 2024 after working with a mentor who encouraged me to hit record and worry about everything else later. I’m now 35 episodes in, and I like to think of the podcast as a safe space for women navigating life’s unique challenges. I often share my personal experiences, and now and again, I throw in an episode about Buffy: The Vampire Slayer (because Buffy is life), but ultimately, when you listen, I want you to feel seen, heard, and inspired.

I’ve listed each episode to date below, and if you’re interested in connection and self-discovery, I invite you to listen. The episode titles will give you a good idea about what I cover in each podcast. I aim to keep the episodes short, sharp and to the point, as I know my audience is time-poor. You are always very welcome to reach out to me about the podcast, the Soul Stories blog or with any questions you may have about my work: info@sarahcannata.com

What this podcast is not

This is not a polished or produced podcast like many you probably listen to regularly. I misspeak, sometimes the audio isn’t perfect or there’s background noise, but I believe deeply in the messages I share.

Whether you’re parenting, caring for loved ones, trying to build the business of your dreams or caring for elderly parents, I hope the Storytelling for the Soul is helpful and jam-packed with personal stories that resonate with you. Tune in for a new episode weekly.
