Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the How to Use Writing as a Tool To Help Process Trauma From a Place of Safety giveaway:

Eligibility: the giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Giveaway period: the giveaway will begin at midnight (AEST) 7 August and end at midnight (AEST) 20 August. Entries submitted before or after the giveaway period will not be considered.

How to enter: to enter the giveaway, you must answer the question provided by Storytelling for the Soul.

Winner selection: ten (10) winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. Once the competition closes, each entry will be given a number. Winners will be drawn using an electronic random number generator. Winners will be selected within 7 days after the giveaway ends.

Notification of winners: the winners will be notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification, an alternate winner will be selected.

Prize: the prize for the giveaway is the eBook, How to Use Writing as a Tool to Process Trauma From a Place of Safety. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product. You must not share a copy of the eBook with anyone else.

Personal data: any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent.

Governing law: the giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

By participating in the giveaway, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not enter the giveaway. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform used to promote it.
