start living the life of your dreams.*

This requires work on your part. There’s no way around that. However, expressive writing and other creative techniques can help with whatever you are experiencing at this moment and complement any other modalities you may be engaging with.

I’m not here to tell you how to feel or convince you that this membership will solve all of your problems. My aim is to provide a safe space for you to express yourself and reconnect with the wisdom of your body through expressive writing and other creative techniques.

Do I have to be an experienced writer to participate?

No. Both experienced and seasoned writers can benefit.

Will the Holistic Wellness Circle heal me?

This platform is not a replacement for any professional medical treatment or support you are currently receiving or intend to seek. You can use expressive writing and other creative techniques alongside any such support as a complementary tool.

How much time do I need to benefit?

Everything inside the Holistic Wellness Circle is self-paced. Sarah suggests you take your time to move through everything so that you can experiment with the tools and techniques learned. Sarah provides support via the closed Facebook group.

Does Sarah offer private sessions?

Yes, Sarah has limited availability and sessions are available to members only. If you are interested in working with Sarah one to one, please reach out via email: info@sarahcannata.com.

Will I have lifetime access to the resources?

Yes, you will have access to all of the resources inside the Holistic Wellness Circle providing you are a paying member.

Do you offer a refund?

Sarah genuinely wants you to love the resources and tools provided. There are no refunds to the Holistic Wellness Circle due to the nature of education provided but you can cancel your subscription at anytime.

Your facilitator - Sarah Cannata

My experience with expressive writing began as a child. My teenage years to early adulthood were complicated (I share more inside the Holistic Wellness Circle about my personal story). The only thing that would quieten my racing mind was writing. I didn’t care about much else as a moody, reclusive teenager, but I could see a future for myself when writing.

Expressive writing and other creative techniques aren’t a magic pill or quick fix. We all have experiences in life that are difficult to digest. And at some point, stuffing everything down or pushing things away stops 'working'. Our body tells us something is off; often, we fail to listen until we’re forced to listen. My teachings combine expressive writing, other creative techniques and an understanding of the autonomic nervous system as an Embodied Processing Practitioner. Embodied processing is a body-based approach to working with trauma.
