Do I have to be an experienced writer to participate?
No. Both experienced and seasoned writers can benefit. In addition to writing, Sarah also engages in mindfulness and other creative techniques.
Will the Holistic Wellness Circle heal me?
This platform is not a replacement for any professional medical treatment or support you are currently receiving or intend to seek. You can use expressive writing and other creative techniques alongside any such support as a complementary tool.
How much time do I need to benefit?
Everything inside the Holistic Wellness Circle is self-paced. Sarah suggests you take your time to move through everything so that you can experiment with the tools and techniques learned. Sarah provides support via the closed Facebook group to monthly members. If you are a 1:1 client, you'll receive accountability and we'll talk about habits and planning.
Will I have lifetime access to the resources?
Yes, you will have access to all of the resources inside the Holistic Wellness Circle providing you are a paying member.
Do you offer a refund?
Sarah genuinely wants you to love the resources and tools provided. There are no refunds to the Holistic Wellness Circle due to the nature of education provided but you can cancel your subscription at anytime.

About Sarah
I'm Sarah Cannata, creator of Storytelling for the Soul. I'm not a doctor, therapist or any other healthcare provider. I'm someone with lived experience who has used embodied writing and other creative techniques to improve my life and well-being.
I've engaged in healing, study, exploration and personal development work. My lived experience allows me to guide you through an approach where you can reach a place where you are capable of feeling acceptance, self-love, self-awareness and self-trust.
I create a space where all parts of you are welcome (even the parts you pretend aren't there). My approach is trauma-informed and combines writing, embodied processing (a body-based approach to working with trauma), mindfulness and other techniques that allow you to explore what may be holding you back from living the life of your dreams.
