Unlock healing with guided journal prompts

Healing trauma can be challenging, but it is also one of the most transformative journeys you can undertake. This workbook is your compassionate guide, offering a safe and supportive space to help you navigate this often tumultuous terrain.

When we define trauma as what happens inside us as a result of something that happens to us, we can see that all humans experience trauma on a spectrum. Healing trauma is not a path you have to work on alone. This carefully crafted workbook is designed to empower you on your healing journey.

What sets this workbook apart is its emphasis on self-compassion and self-discovery. As you put pen to paper, you'll find yourself on a path of self-acceptance, growth, and empowerment. The prompts included help you to explore your inner world, providing a means to unearth buried emotions, confront painful memories, and cultivate resilience.

Are you ready to explore the part of you that
you pretend don't exist?

Included in the workbook

  • 40+ pages

"You created, through your compassion and understanding, a safe platform for me to express myself which allowed me to find deeper healing, something that I had not anticipated would be an outcome of this writing journey. It has been such a pleasure working with you."

"I've only had one session so far with Sarah and I chose to work on my sugar addiction with her. To say I'm blown away is an understatement. One session and a very intense body response afterwards and the need for sugar has already halved this week. I can't wait to keep digging deep on this one."
