Make peace with your experiences through writing

Writing can help you to improve your mind, body and soul. Before you can change anything in your life, you must create awareness about what's going on inside you. In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it has become increasingly difficult to tune into our body and hear what it is trying to tell us.

Through writing, the power to reframe your experiences is in your hands. Through building and maintaining a regular writing practice, you will unlock parts of yourself that will help you to thrive moving forward. By working with a writing mentor, you can enhance your journey towards self-discovery. As your writing mentor, I will help you to move through any writing blocks you may experience and apply a mood of curiosity to guide you in delving deeper.

Writing doesn't come naturally to everyone and that's okay!

Here's my question to you:

What if changing your day-to-day reality was as easy as writing things down consistently?

This simple, cost-effective practice can lessen the constant thoughts that we create in our minds that lead to us experiencing trauma over and over again. The body has no way of knowing if an event is taking place in the present moment or in our memory. Psychologists have discovered that the average person has over 6,000 thoughts in one day. Writing can also help to lessen the 'what ifs?', your self-doubt and the constant drain on your energy.

Writing can help you to raise your awareness levels

As a writer, I'm one of the lucky ones. I love to write. Yet, in the past, even I have found myself feeling 'stuck' when trying to develop a regular writing practice. Once I developed a daily habit, I then wanted to explore using writing intentionally to benefit my mental health and life. This program is tried and tested and I know it can support you as you embark on your journey of self-discovery through writing.

A regular writing practice can make a huge difference in your life. I've had writing mentors in the past and there's no feeling like knowing there is someone who you can trust to guide you. My hope is to inspire you to embrace and see for yourself how writing for you, and you alone, can help you to reframe your experiences. I want you to experience this yourself.
