Feel like life’s become

one big balancing act?

You’re not alone.
And you’re not doing anything wrong.
But running on empty doesn’t have to be your norm.

Soulful Steps: Reconnect with Yourself

Soulful Steps is a gentle, empowering 3-month program designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create meaningful, sustainable change — without the pressure to overhaul your whole life. Together, we’ll explore how to:

  • Set clear boundaries with compassion
  • Understand your emotional triggers
  • Avoid burnout before it begins
  • Reclaim space for yourself — without guilt
  • Honour what's surfacing for you through menopause or perimenopause if you're in that phase of life

You’ll also walk away with a personalised toolkit of practices and supports to help you step into the rest of 2025 feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected.

Because if nothing changes… nothing changes.

Are You in the Right Place?

This space is for you if:

You're caring for ageing parents and supporting kids and you can’t remember the last time you had space to exhale. Or maybe you're like me—no kids or others to care for—but still carrying so much. You’re stretched thin. And you’re tired.

This isn’t just another program. This is a personalised, collaborative journey — one where you’ll feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.

Why Soulful Steps?

Because your wellbeing isn’t one-size-fits-all. I created Soulful Steps after closing a membership. Not because it failed, but because it wasn’t offering the depth of support women like you and I truly need. This time, it’s different. This time, I meet you where you are — and move at a pace that honours your body, your energy, and your life.

MIA

I feel you have helped me gain clarity and perspective on issues that I either had no idea about that were issues or didn’t understand just how much they were impacting me daily. I feel I have achieved a better concept of accountability and as uncomfortable as some of this work is, I've tackled it head on and am really feeling the benefit of having done so.

Join Soulful Steps at 50% off in return for your feedback and assistance with making my program as impactful as it can possibly be. This offer is only available to 3 people - 2 places are gone, so there is only 1 place left!

My availability is after 5pm AEST Monday to Friday. Once you have committed, I'll work with you to find times and dates that work for us both.

About Me

I’m Sarah. I’m not a doctor or therapist. I’m someone who’s walked this path personally, using journaling and body-based practices to reconnect with myself and gently shift the way I live and feel.

My work is rooted in lived experience, deep exploration, and a commitment to safe, trauma-informed support. I create a nurturing space where you feel seen, heard, and held.

Through writing, embodied processing, mindfulness and somatic techniques, I support women in midlife to gently explore what may be holding them back, so they can reconnect with themselves and begin creating a life that feels calm, meaningful and true to them.

Bharati

You created, through your compassion and understanding, a safe platform for me to express myself which allowed me to find deeper healing, something that I had not anticipated would be an outcome of this writing journey. It has been such a pleasure working with you.

Working with Sarah was one of the most productive things I’ve ever done even though I believed I didn’t have time for writing. Through her guidance, Sarah showed me how to use writing to see what I really needed to in my life. This new-found awareness means I can now make decisions that are moving me closer to my short and long-term goals.

CHICHI

More people need to learn more about your work; how you teach expressive writing from a trauma-informed perspective makes all the difference - definitely don't want to leave people in a triggered state when doing expressive writing; which differentiates you from other teachers of expressive writing.
