Who Am I?

Hi, I'm Sarah Cannata, creator of Storytelling for the Soul. I'm not a doctor, therapist or any other health professional. I'm someone who has used embodied writing and other body-based techniques to improve my life.

I've engaged in healing, study, exploration and personal development work. My approach uses writing as a well-being tool together with other body-based approaches.

I create a safe space for you where you are seen and heard. My approach is trauma-informed and combines writing, embodied processing (a body-based approach to working with trauma), mindfulness and other techniques that allow you to explore what may be holding you back from creating the life of your dreams.
