Course is designed for busy people and arms you with the basics of embodied writing. Every video in the course is under 10 minutes and has been transcribed for your convenience. Both seasoned writers and novices can benefit from embodied writing. With embodied writing, the power to explore healing is in your hands.
This online course will support you to use writing to:

Develop an awareness of your connection with your body and use your body to guide your writing. All parts of you are welcome in this space (even the parts you pretend don’t exist).
