The Realities of Ageing As a Woman

  2. Being expected to age ‘gracefully’ amid unreasonable expectations
  3. Experiencing ageism at work

  5. Being judged for never having kids
  6. The expectation to walk through life and just be ‘grateful,’ regardless of the circumstances
  7. Facing perimenopause and menopause
  8. Feeling dismissed because of your age
  9. Being seen as ‘difficult’
  10. The constant expectation to always keep the peace

Self Worth 

  1. Feeling unappreciated at work or at home
  2. The desire to constantly shrink yourself
  3. Needing external validation to feel worthy
  4. Erosion of confidence, which has happened over time
  5. Listening to your inner critic (aka ‘mean girl’)
  6. Comparing yourself to others
  7. Feeling like your best years are behind you
  8. Undervaluing the wisdom you’ve gained over a lifetime
  9. Doubting your ability to reinvent yourself
  10. Forgetting about all the hard times you’ve been through
